Loved working with Smart Financial. Everyone is so accommodating, polite and professional. Mrs. Yesihak was amazing to work with and was very helpful in setting up my membership, account and helping with applying for loans. I recommend going with Smart Financial it’s a much smoother and less painful process than working with regular banks. Their atms and E-teller system is also super convenient for quick and fast services compared to the wait you have in other banks.

Raven is the GOAT! She was our financial partner in our recent used vehicle purchase and she was an amazing person to connect with. I had a wonderful experience working with the manager JJ about my Mortgage and Car Loan. i called the bank in 2025 to refinance my car loan but the rate offered was higher and when I visited this branch I met with JJ to talk about my Mortgage payment and JJ asked me if i would like to refinance my car loan I told him i tried in 2025 and i was not satisfied with the loan rate offered, he took his time and worked with me thus year and he gave me a better rate than what i was offered in 2025. this rate cut 9 months off my car ... read more
