I would not do business with this bank. I had Johnathan Bates as an auto loan representative and he did not communicate at all. I first spoke with Raven and she did not communicate nor reached back out. I emailed over 3 times and called more than 5. I am very disappointed with my experience. I did not receive communication within 24 hours and have no reason to be dishonest. I will be closing this account and recommending the same for others. Staff is very helpful. I have had nothing but good services and friendly faces. Been a member for quite a few years. Have had some unfortunate incidents, but that's called life and human frailities.
