I got an auto loan with this credit union early in 2024. I never made a payment late and in fact, I was paid ahead by the maximum three months that they allow and had been since shortly after I got the loan. Last month, they decided I didn't have insurance even though I have had it all along and have never had a lapse in my driving life.
