Slab Daddy is off the chain Bbq close to Jackson Memorial Hospital in downtown Miami worth the drive from everywhere just check their hours. This place is a food truck outside dining and the barbecue was delicious. The service was great. The guy helped you order at the beginning of the Food Truck or at the front and took your order and then delivered it to your table, he also came around and asked how everything was. Excellent BBQ food. Loved the pork ribs and the brisket melted in the mouth. Both the sprout and green been sides complimented the meat very well. Very friendly staff too
Did not disappoint at all. Their Brisket was really good. Highly recommended it. Got the sampler and there was 6 of us and it was plenty. Maybe add another side but still plenty to go around. Love the rice and the beans, the ribs, the chicken wings. Fried cheese was great. Highly recommended.
100% worth the visit! My wife and I shared the platter for two to enjoy the best of all worlds, and it exceeded our expectations. The meats were all flavorful, juicy and uniquely flavored and the sides were on-point and a great compliment to the meat itself. Highly recommended!
Whenever we travel we try and seek out authentic, local food. We have traveled to Austin TX for years for work and have experienced really amazing bbq. This place is THE BEST we’ve ever had. The quality of the ingredients—the freshness of the cilantro on the bean salad with the crunchy mango and green tomatoes.
