Using SHAP is one of the easiest and most convenient things to do when traveling to the airport. I’ve been using it for 20 years now and will use no other parking company. Highly recommended. The price is right, the drivers are friendly and the service is frequent enough so you will not be waiting at the airport long at all. Try it!

I've used this shuttle service several times. Each time had been a great experience. The drivers are very polite and help load our suitcases everytime. I like that they pick us up at our near to our car and drop us off at our car. I highly recommend this shuttle.

Airports are very stressful but using this service made things much simpler and less stressful for us. Dropping the vehicle off and being shuttled to the terminal we needed to be at was fantastic, eliminated guess work on our part. When we got back to sky harbor we only had to wait for a couple of minutes before the shuttle picked us up and dropped us off right at our vehicle. All in all this is the best airport experience we have had! Will definitely use this service while traveling

The experience of getting to and from the airport was smooth, with no problems and great service from the drivers. We flew out very early on New Year's Day, and still were able to quickly get picked up and taken to the airport at around 4AM. In our early morning haze after making the drive down from Flagstaff to get to the Phoenix airport, we most likely accidentally left a light on in the car. Your fees are fair, our car is always safe, your drivers are the best and your check in/out folks are very friendly and courteous! We highly recommend your services and plan on continuing to be loyal! You make the beginning and ending of our trips very enjoyable!
