I tried Shimuja Ramen inside the Henry and Julia food hall, and overall it was just an okay experience. This spot used to be better shortly after opening, but the food hall feels pretty dead now and honestly, that doesn’t come as a surprise. The prices are excessively high for what you get. If I worked downtown, I'd definitely swing by this food court once a week, and Shimuja in particular offered up a stellar pork bone ramen with really good qu... read more
Probably the best ramen in Miami, delicious and flavorful. The broth is very tasty, and pork is seasoned very well. Service is super fast. The place is located in Julia and Henry on the 3rd floor. They have a few tables by their stand.
