No one came to clean our rooms until the second (and last) day. Pool was nice but VERY populated in the evening. Glad we went during the day when there were fewer people. Rooms were OK. Not as nice as the HOliday Inn Express (The Castle) just west of the Ruby River Hotel. But I really liked the fact that we could walk on the path from the hotel to Gonzaga.

Me and my mom stayed at the Ruby River hotel in Spokane last weekend. She had a board meeting and I hung out around the hotel for the day. We got dinner, which was very good, and our server was extremely kind. While my mom was at her meeting at the convention center, which was only an 8 minute walk, I swam at the pool and hot tub, which were both very nice. There was a nice market in the lobby with essentials like hair ties and deodorant, aswell as treats like ice cream, and foods like oatmeal, cereal, and frozen pizza. The ... read more

Our stay was very enjoyable, the team there was extremely helpful and professional , we were evacuated because of a local fire and really needed a place to stay, we were welcomed and taken care of. We dined at the restaurant several times and enjoyed the pool. We will never forget our treatment there and we will use and recommend your facility whenever possible.

This amazing hotel went above and beyond for me. They upgraded my room for my entire stay for several days. When I desperately needed a driver for an oral surgery appointment, they provided that for me but refused to take a tip. Their restaurant, The Osprey, has a wonderful menu to choose from and a Happy Hour. This is definitely my choose as to where to stay when visiting Spokane, Washington 🥰 Kudos to Taylor and all his amazing staff. 🥰

This is easily one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at! The Rooms: Spotlessly clean, modern, beautifully updated, and featuring incredibly comfortable beds. The Amenities & Location: Right along the river with tons of family-friendly activities. The pool area was an absolute dream for the kids! The Value: We got all of this for a truly great price. We loved every minute of our stay and cannot wait to come back!
