No one came to clean our rooms until the second (and last) day. Pool was nice but VERY populated in the evening. Glad we went during the day when there were fewer people. Rooms were OK. Not as nice as the HOliday Inn Express (The Castle) just west of the Ruby River Hotel. But I really liked the fact that we could walk on the path from the hotel to Gonzaga.

Me and my mom stayed at the Ruby River hotel in Spokane last weekend. She had a board meeting and I hung out around the hotel for the day. We got dinner, which was very good, and our server was extremely kind. While my mom was at her meeting at the convention center, which was only an 8 minute walk, I swam at the pool and hot tub, which were both very nice. Great value for the price. The hotel is well kept and updated. We didn't find anything broken or out of order in our room, which is unusual. Housekeeping staff friendly and accommodating. The location is also a plus, next to the river and within walking distance of many attractions, shopping, and food,

Great spot next to the river. We had a river view room but had rain and high winds so was harder to enjoy it. Of course with that weather the patio dining was not available but eating in the restaurant was fine. Great place to stay for a walk around the river area. In the morning the weather was back to normal and went for an enjoyable walk to see the damn and the waterfalls.

I attended a vendor event at Ruby River hotel, the staff and environment there was very welcoming and my experience was awesome. Didn't stay in a room so no review there. The location isn't the greatest but those that like the city life makes it right up your ally. I recommend service from them due to the hospitality alone.
