RMK Windows just installed a new sliding glass door at my home, and the entire experience was excellent. From ordering to installation, their communication was clear, timely, and professional. I was given this companies’ name as a referral from my brother. I checked out many window companies but decided on RMK windows and I’m very happy with my choice. Great communication, fast scheduling after the windows arrived. Installers showed up when promised, great installers. When there was a defect on a window the replacement window was quickly ordered and installed. Great company
The crew did a fantastic job! The were quick, professional and very courteous! They arrived at 6:30 and had a whole house old windows out and new ones in before 11, so I was able to turn AC back on before it got hot. Love my beautiful new Anlin windows and patio doors! They are so easy to operate and even reduce outside noise! I can't wait to see how they reduce my energy bill as well! ❤️
Kenny & Chad installed our windows and did a fantastic job. They were efficient and professional and I love they didn't mind our dogs. They offered to take down our blinds and then re-installed them once they were done. At the end, Victor came by to finish payment and reviewed how to care for the windows. Everyone was incredibly nice! I definitely recommend RMK if you need windows!
Had windows replaced to help with AZ sun and heat. The experience from start to finish was excellent. Visited the office in Mesa to set up a home visit and the estimate. The estimate and final completed price were the same. Install was completed in about 4 hours and clean up / removal of old windows went without a hitch. Had a visit by the service manager a few days after the install to go over details of lifetime warranty and care instructions for the new windows.
