Excellent customer service, Delicious food, the place is clean, prices are worth it, my only recommendation would be to be able to taste, of course, in small amounts, to know what to order specifically if I’m not familiar with the taste of the food, which I love trying different cultures' food
I recently visited Rice Mediterranean Kitchen and had a fantastic experience! The menu offers a great selection, and the service was top-notch. I went with the chicken wrap, and it tasted amazing—flavorful and fresh. However, the wrap was so generously stuffed that it fell apart halfway through, making it a bit messy to eat. The Pinecrest location has a beautiful, bright, clean atmosphere. The service is wonderful. It was my husband and my first time, and the young lady helping us walked around the counter to where we were to explain the ordering process. The food is freshly made and really delicious!
Rice food was fresh, nicely prepared, had a lot of flavor and large portions. We had never been there before and the staff were great about explaining how it worked. We selected sides, protein, extras, and sauces. I got the smallest portion they offered and still had plenty to take home. The inside eating area was clean and new looking, well taken care of. Parking was easy. We will be back, and we discovered they had an order online option!
I am writing to formally express my concern and disappointment regarding an incident I witnessed during my visit to your restaurant on October 16, 2025, between 6:00 PM and 6:30 PM. While waiting for my order (a Kubideh platter), I observed two employees engaging in behavior that was both unprofessional and troubling from a food safety standpoint.
