So impressed with this location. Service was impeccable. The plate looked like the pictures advertised. 100% satisfied with our order. Friendly atmosphere. Melissa went above and beyond to make our visit perfect. We will definitely be back!!
The Pinecrest location has a beautiful, bright, clean atmosphere. The service is wonderful. It was my husband and my first time, and the young lady helping us walked around the counter to where we were to explain the ordering process. The food is freshly made and really delicious!
Rice food was fresh, nicely prepared, had a lot of flavor and large portions. We had never been there before and the staff were great about explaining how it worked. We selected sides, protein, extras, and sauces. I got the smallest portion they offered and still had plenty to take home. The inside eating area was clean and new looking, well taken care of. Parking was easy. We will be back, and we discovered they had an order online option!
I recently visited Rice Mediterranean Kitchen and had a fantastic experience! The menu offers a great selection, and the service was top-notch. I went with the chicken wrap, and it tasted amazing—flavorful and fresh. However, the wrap was so generously stuffed that it fell apart halfway through, making it a bit messy to eat. My suggestion would be to opt for the bowl instead of the wrap, especially if you prefer a less messy meal. Always hear mixed reviews and after finally visiting for lunch when in the area, I can honestly and sadly say I won't visit again. The service was just ok, felt like we were interrupting the employees packing a catering order and a to go order. We had to ask when our food would be served after 15 min of waiting. The food was good but after waiting and then 1 of the orders wrong it was just disappointing and may I add not inexpensive for atleast a smile for those that choose to dine in
