Nice restaurant with delicious and healthy food. I’m surprised that there aren’t many people here usually—I think not many people know about it. I decided to share some photos to help others discover this place.
This was one off my favorite neighborhood spots until today. The west customer service ever. I ordered two spicy chicken and rice meals, and then unfortunately got caught in a work call. It should be noted that I just ordered this same thing two other times this week. So I am considered a customer. 10/10 amazing food and service. My friends and I went to eat here and made our own bowls. I recommend the shredded chicken and the hummus (absolutely loved it). We also want to thank Tomas for being the best server and giving us advice on what toppings to add with the food we were adding to our bowl. He made our experience 10 times better.
I love the kabobs and the food in general, but that was not the only thing that is good, also the customer service. I had an issue while ordering, I ordered in Gables when I wanted in Edgewater.and a employee joshue helped me with it transferring my order to edgewater making me feel well attended and solving my issue. Also the place is great and comfortable to work from there, Love it!
Very disappointed in the service at this location. Customer service goes a long way and I’m afraid that was deeply lacking in this situation. I normally frequent the N. Miami Rice however I had the misfortune of my Ubereats order being sent to this location. N Miami tried to help and requested Biscayne send the order to their location because their systems had been down when I placed my order. They refused.
