I'd give 10 stars if I could. We have a history with this company back when Ron Horn still owned it so even tho the name's changed, service is still #1. First off, congratulations to Jason for the new acquisition, he has some big shoes to fill but I can already see he's doing an excellent job maintaining Ron's impeccable standards of service. We had a new water heater installed today and really appreciated the professionalism, knowledge, patience, and expertise of the team of Giovanni and Joseph. They were great and did an excellent job. Five stars just doesn’t seem like enough! I called this company because I was referred by my boss after two large Sarasota plumbing companies told me that my cast-iron pipes were completely degraded and ruined and I would have to rip up my home and replace them.
