Patrick was great to work with throughout the process of ordering our in-ground basketball hoop. He was friendly, professional, responsive, and just genuinely helpful from start to finish. I really appreciated that he never came across as pushy or sales-focused. He answered all of my questions, provided the information I needed, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. It seems like good customer service is getting harder to find these days, so I wanted to make sure Patrick got the recognition he deserves.

We would highly recommend a swingset from Rainbow Play Systems of Chicago in Naperville. We worked with their new manager, Danny J. I think he was one of the new owners. He was really knowledgeable and directed us to the right decision for us. We were completely confused and had no clue what we would need in a swingset. We had no issues with purchasing or installation. Danny spent a lot of time with us during the decision to purchase. He was really great. Overall great buying experience with Rainbow. These play sets are incredibly expensive, however compared to friends’ play sets that aren’t Rainbow, I think you get what you pay for. The owner came out after hours when I had concerns with the slope of my lawn prior to purchase and was also very responsive and helpful when I asked for some modifications after the initial install. We purchased a system last year and initially plan was for a basic slide and swing, but after checking out the catalogue and the showroom we ended up changing it up and getting a play house on the bottom more swings and I have to say it was not a cheap purchase (more i ever imagined spending on a kids playset) but the quality can’t be beat, its solid wood, quality chains and heady duty construction. We have used two sets at two houses over 13 years and love Rainbow! They stuck by their warranty and at 12 years replaced some warping wood, stairs and our slide which made it like a new set. Great quality and service!! Highly recommend for a safe, durable set!
