We got a play set for our sons (4 years old and 19 months) and the staff at Rainbow Swing were wonderful. They helped me pick out and customize the playset/swing-set that my boys will use for years to come and the install was a dream. They made sure that the new play set was up for my son’s 4th bday party. Amazing, caring company. Great quality and craftsmanship. Highly, highly recommend!!

Rainbow Play Systems of Illinois in Vernon Hills and the Rainbow Corporate Office provided outstanding service this year (2023) on our play set which we purchased in 2007. Our children and their friends used our 3 swing, 2 deck, slide and crows nest playset from ages 6 and 10 through current. I reached out Tim J. earlier this summer and explained exactly what I was looking for in a play set suitable for toddlers. He recommended that I purchase a Rainbow Play System for my back yard. The play set was installed carelessly and I began to have issues almost immediately. He came to my home two separate times to re-calibrate and make other hardware adjustments. Just purchased our new swing set from Tim at Rainbow in Vernon Hills. He was helpful in answering all of our questions patiently and without pressuring us. I shopped around a bit and yes Rainbow is a little more expensive but the quality makes it obvious why. Also, while their play sets might cost more, their installation is way less than the competion so it evens out.
