RecommendedEverything seemed to go very well. From the salesman offering advice on things I would have not thought of, to the company doing the installation. The kids love their new playset and trampoline.

RecommendedOur son had a wonderful 2nd birthday party at Rainbow! It was perfect for a range of ages with all the options in activities they have. The kids were able to play in multiple playgrounds which ranged in age levels as well as a safe trampoline and peddle cars. The kids were entertained for the entire two hour time slot. The party room was also incredibly accomplishing for setting up and holding guests items. We all had a phenomenal time and highly recommend it. The staff was also incredibly accommodating.
Horrible quality and even worse customer service. Set broke apart like matchsticks during the storm last night while neighbors’ much less expensive playsets were all fine. This was just installed by Rainbow 3 weeks ago and it was not anchored down in any way because “it was not necessary in our area”. Went in to talk to the sales people today and I was told “God does what God does” and they will do nothing to stand behind the quality of their product. A complete waste of many many thousands of dollars.
If you book a party with them and have to cancel the week of you will lose all your money. Yes I understand it’s the week of but it was due to illness in multiple children that can’t be planned for. Customer Service at the Sioux Falls Location is also terrible.
The quality of the product is great. Our set looks nice and is structurally sound. Everything outside of that from a customer service standpoint has been awful. We purchased our set over 2 months before an agreed upon deadline to have the set installed for our son’s birthday party. We contacted the store 2 weeks before to confirm and verify. They called us the last possible day before the deadline and said they weren’t going to make it since they were on another job. We had to cancel our son’s party and never heard from anyo... read more
