Absolutely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional behavior. The constant phone calls, harassment, and threatening messages left were beyond inappropriate and completely crossed the line of professional conduct. Craig’s customer service skills are severely lacking, and the way this situation was handled was disrespectful, aggressive, and unacceptable for any business representing the public. Easily among the best waters I’ve ever tasted. Low PPM (mine tested at 14) compared to tap water at 190ppm. And the flavor is clean. A must for serious water people. No more plastic bottles.

Best water in Miami !!! We tested the water lower in contaminants than any other water including Evian and all the top brands! Water taste great must go here easy to pick up

Extremely unprofessional experience. Harassing phone calls and repeated messages were completely unacceptable. Craig’s handling of the situation showed a serious lack of professionalism and customer service. I would strongly caution anyone before doing business here if you value respectful communication and professional treatment. Due to the conduct and ongoing harassment, this matter has been reported to the BBB. I do not recommend this company.
