I have been to Rachel many times and never realized until I moved away from the area how lucky I was to have found her when I lived in Maryland! After first coming in with a botched box hair dye mistake (oops!), she nailed my hair color and turned it in seamless lived-in dimension, and every time since gave me beautiful tones, cuts, and blowdrys that matched my inspiration photos. Most importantly, she made me feel at ease and was so easy and fun to talk to. I hope to go back to her again when I’m back in the area!
I have been going to Progressions for almost 20 years, and have been able to see the same stylist for most of this time. I love that there is low staff turnover so I am not constantly changing stylists. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and while I can only speak for my stylist she is fabulous. She never does something I haven't asked for, but is always available to tell me about new techniques, treatments, or to make suggestions. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
Despite being technically challenged I made my first appointment at Progressions, on line at 10 PM. I took an opening for the next day because the time fit my schedule. Little did I know I was in for the best haircut of my life. Silvia gave my short, thick hair a lighter more manageable and dynamic cut. Thank you to Sylvia and the whole staff at Progressions for making my first visit comfortable and welcoming.
Leti is wonderful, my color has never looked better, and it’s always reassuring to know I’m in such skilled (and kind) hands. Absolutely incredible service from the moment I step into the salon — whether it’s the person at the front desk checking me in and asking what I’d like to drink, to my dedicated colorist, Leti, to the couple of women, Theresa and Sandy, who wash my hair. I went to Vanessa and did a pretty big chop on my hair! She was amazing and it was such a smooth experience. We were chatting the whole time, she’s hilarious! I’d 100% recommend coming here and absolutely recommend going to Vanessa, she is so good at what she does ☺️
