Prestigious Smoke Shop is hands down one of the best smoke shops around. Super clean interior, well-organized, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and actually takes the time to help instead of rushing you out the door. You can tell they care about quality and customer experience. Highly recommend—this is my go-to spot.

This is the first time I’ve encountered such an attitude! I don’t want to talk about the high price of the product, as that is entirely subjective, but the pricing itself is unclear to me. My main complaint is about the service. I was assisted by a young man who had absolutely no knowledge of the prices of the products he was selling. Moreover, he was quite rude and cold in his communication. No one expects a bow upon entering, but a simple smile and a normal conversation are essential parts of the sales process. I just purchased a cart here it broke within less than 24 hours I came in and they were useless in helping me. Like come on if I buy a cart from you guys and it breaks in less than 24 hours and it seems as if its a connection plate issue that's on yall cause that doesn't normally happen. Bad product!!! I just saw the owners response and to try to act like I didn't give them an opportunity to make it right is just a lie.
