Kevin the manager of Premier ChemDry set us up for success, going out of his way to set up insurance and logistics as required by the condo association. Trey arrived at 9:00 AM sharp. He was attentive, informative, resourceful, a good family man that went above and beyond to get the job done right. He took note of our infant and our allergies. Will be calling, referring, and recommending. Spots Gone! Thanks Premier ChemDry!!!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Kevin and his team. They were responsive, courteous and helpful from my initial phone call to them to his tech leaving after having done a great job. I had a white boucle couch and a white overstuffed chair cleaned. Both pieces look sooo much better than they did. I’m extremely pleased - it was with every penny.

We have two twenty plus year old Love Seats that had over the years survived two kids and two dogs. Quite frankly we thought they were beyond ever looking presentable again. But much to our surprise Trey from Chem Dry made them look like NEW again in just over an hour! Trey was personable, knowledgeable and very professional. We couldn’t be happier. We obviously highly recommend Chem Dry and will definitely use them for all our cleaning needs

I cannot recommend Premiere Chem-Dry enough! I had a specific window of time I needed to hit, and Kevin was incredibly helpful and flexible with the scheduling. He went above and beyond to accommodate the exact day and time I requested, which made the entire process stress-free from the start. Josh arrived right on time and fully prepared. I am a repeat client of Premier Carpet cleaner. The quality of their work and especially the technicians is what keeps me coming back. My most recent experience was with Tech Josh. Not only was he early for the appointment he presents himself in the most professional way. More like having a guest in my home. My carpets look fresh and smell clean. Next day I always vacuum and absolutely nothing was in the canister. Can’t get much better than that. I highly recommend Premier.
