10/10 would recommend to anyone, near or far! I had my appointment earlier today at noon, and she was even able to see me a little earlier than scheduled. This was my third massage overall, but my first with Ms. Carol. I did the pamper me package and a facial. When I say this was the BEST massage and overall experience I have ever had, I truly mean it. I had such a great experience! The booking process was super smooth, and I was able to get a same-day appointment, which was a huge plus. I had been dealing with tension headaches for over a month, and after just one session, I felt so much relief. Carol was absolutely amazing—she made me feel comfortable right away and really listened to what I needed. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and knows what she’s doing. The way she stretch me was most definitely needed. I had never experienced a stretch the way she stretched me. Great service, clean spa and she was prompt my appointment. Great pressure and technique. 10 out of 10 I highly recommend!
