Brandon that usually works in the plantation location was working here in pines tonight and he has amazing customer service. He was very patient with our family. We ordered four pizzas and he didn’t make us feel rushed at all eventhough it was close to closing time. Very pleased with how he took care of us. He’s the MVP here
Haven't been in a couple years. Was never overly impressed as Blaze is much better but too far away. My experience was worse than awful. The place was empty, and I mean empty. For a Friday night that should have been a sign to run in the other direction. We were so hungry we decided to continue. One positive note is that we were greeted upon arrival. I visited on 12/10/2025 around 5:30pm. The male staff with glasses was very rude and disrespectful. But the female staff was very nice and welcoming, and the food was good. Please make sure this male staff does not treat other customers like this again.
I’m thrilled to hear about the change of ownership at this place! NOW is impeccable. Mac and Isaiah provided excellent service. I'm also glad to know that Jessica Sanchez is putting in tremendous effort to keep this place thriving under new management. My husband and I love the pizzas, but we had stopped coming due to some previous issues. I’m so happy I decided to return! Keep up the great work, everyone! Cauliflower crust was perfect !!!
Unfortunately this was a first and last for us. I purchased an XL pizza half cheese and the other half with meatballs, ham, and tomatoes. The cheese side had been broiled and was black. You can imagine kids didn’t want it at all. Pizza was so over baked it was like a crispy cracker with hard cheese on top. We also ordered a cauliflower pizza which was also dry crisp.
