I am not a pizza lover, and I will mostly try to eat something else if I can help it. However, I guess I could say that I was pleasantly surprised by the food quality in Pieology. The freshness of the pizza here is probably down to the fact that they are made to order. I liked the lighting and the vibe at the restaurant. The place was also spacious and clean. This was, without exaggeration, the best pizza I’ve ever had. From the first bite, it was clear that every detail was intentional, the crust was perfectly balanced, crispy on the outside with a light, airy chew inside. Our pizza came out fresh and delicious!! The atmosphere was very nice and clean with plenty of seating. We got to enjoy our pizza that came out decently fast and watch the big TV screen. I highly recommend coming to try Pieology at Flamingo Crossings!

Amazing, delicious pizza, so easy to order. Like a Subway, but with pizza, you work your way down the line choosing what toppings you'd like, with oils, sauces, cheese's, meats, vegetables & more. Great price, lovely staff. 100% will be returning ASAP! Thanks

The pizzas are excellent. They are handmade and baked right in front of you with whatever toppings that you choose. The cheese bread is amazing. There’s so much cheese that you keep on pulling strings and strings and strings. Gooey yummy. Service is fantastic as well. The manager came around several times to check out to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. This is a go to for our son and also for us anytime we visit this location.
