I have always had a good experience here. The food has always been fresh and delicious. It m gonna be honest I usually get the Shepard pie and it’s delicious. Today I decided to try the fish and chips. So good. My wife got the phantom burger and it was cooked perfectly. I highly suggest stopping in and enjoying the food yourself. Our server was Ian and he was awesome.
We had our wedding reception in the third floor space and the phantom canyon team blew us away every step of the way! We toured phantom after losing our deposit at a different venue due to a miscommunication and phantom saved the day. From touring to booking to selecting our menu phantom was in clear direct communication with us. Where phantom went above and beyond was on the day of execution. Great beer selection. If you download the app, you get a free beer up to 8 dollars. Reservation is recommended, it can get busy especially with groups from parties and whatnot. The patty melt was good, side salad was pretty tasty too. The atmosphere is great, but the service is even better. They ended up giving us a freinds and family discount becuase they were so busy. Beers are excellent! Had a Brewer's Flight (tasters). My fave is the bear creek honey brown, it smells and tastes like chocolate, not too strong, just the perfect roundness I was looking for. Ordered the Patty Melt and replaced patty with a bison med-rare patty 🤤 omg with the caramelized onions... you guys... this was out of this world! We were seated on the patio with the view on the mountains and it was not too busy for a Friday pm. Our server was super sweet and chatty, had a great experience! ps.
