I am completely satisfied with the quality and seamless installation process I experienced with Pella. Ernie Borroto did an amazing job educating me about the Pella difference. My house is 20 years old, after replacing my builder grade windows with Pella, I've noticed sound insulation in addition to less thermal transfer. It is a great investment, you definitely "get what you pay for" in the window installation market.
