Jack Waller with Pella Windows came to show us their windows design. I had 3 other appointments to see their design too. Jack was so excellent at putting us at ease and showing us hands on with a complete window design that I could handle opening and feel the materials. He showed us videos of how they are constructed and so much more. Any questions we had he didn't hesitate to answer truthfully and we knew the answer to what we asked and he passed our test. He explained the discounts and the benefits of financing vs paying... read more
Stopped in with my coworker. It was a great experience working with Mallory. She is very knowledgeable of the product and process. I was able to get the right help to replace a broken window my daughter had broken. I appreciate her patience and made me and my coworker feel welcome.
1/3 of my job is done and it is fantastic. My salesman, Dave Wamstad, and my installer, Fernando Delgado, provided outstanding service. I cannot wait to finish my house. Gentleman, job extremely well done!
Jose and team did an amazing job installing our Pella front door replacement. They vacuumed any debris that occurred during the install and after. Beautiful, perfect result. All done within 3 hrs. Pella’s installation manager, Brandon, checked results shortly thereafter, that day. We were very impressed with the oversight insuring a successful installation and our satisfaction. Love our new door.
We called regarding a minor issue with one of our windows. Very good communication from their support team, including timely appointment reminders. The technician, Marco called ahead and said he was ahead of schedule and could arrive early, which was great! He quickly took care of the original issue we called about as well as one we forgot to mention. Marco was very professional. It’s because of experiences like this that we decided to go with Pella rather than a generic window and door brand.
