Had a wonderful consult w Haley Rosenberg. She was prompt, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. She explained the entire door replacement process quickly and in a way that was understandable. She was great!
Let me tell you why Ernie is one of the best salespeople out there. First off, he showed up early on a Saturday morning because that's the only time my wife and I had availability. Secondly, he was very informative about the products Pella offered and was quick to answer any of our questions. Then he went above and beyond with his manager (kudos to him as well) to work with us on the price and a plan that made sense for us. We could not be happier with our Pella French door and installation. Although we had an order issue Ryan Broadhurst helped make it right and fixed the issue perfectly and to our satisfaction. The wait to fix the problem was not an issue because Ryan made it right. Ernesto the installer did an amazing and meticulous job. I know if we ever need another window or door we will go back to Pella DFW. Thank you so much! I love my new back door!
I want to clarify that this review isn’t against the company itself — just sharing my experience so others can plan accordingly. I was researching a large window purchase through Lowe’s, but since they didn’t have the exact style I was interested in, I wanted to hopefully see the product in person and maybe some others.
