We weren’t really in the market for new windows but had someone knock at our door one day…next thing we know, we’re signing up for new windows. We had Derek Saunders out to explain to us the various window replacement options and the appointment went great. He was very professional and took the time to explain all of the different options to us We love Pella and had their windows in our home in South Dakota!
Haley Rosenberg did a wonderful job on providing us with an estimate to replace all windows at our lake house in East Texas. She drove a long distance and was professional and courteous. You can tell she is passionate about the product.
I had Pella out to modify two windows and a door into a 4 panel sliding door. Michael did a fantastic job going over our options and I can’t wait to get it installed!
