It was absolutely lovely to spend time with Haley Rosenberg, Replacement Sales Consultant at Pella. She walked us through the entire window replacement installation process. We have definitely learned a lot, and much appreciate her willingness to educate us to help us make an educated decision
We weren’t really in the market for new windows but had someone knock at our door one day…next thing we know, we’re signing up for new windows. First, these aren’t your cheap windows that you can buy from some random manufacturer, there is a heavy price tag that comes with their product but their customer service and attention to detail is what sold us. We had Derek Saunders out to explain to us the various window replacement options and the appointment went great. He was very professional and took the time to explain all of the different options to us We love Pella and had their windows in our home in South Dakota!
