I ordered the Vegan Bowl at Palenque Cocina y Agaveria and it was absolutely delicious. The cauliflower and mushroom al pastor was packed with flavor and paired perfectly with the spinach, potato purée, pineapple, and crispy onions. It comes with a choice of beans, but I happily paid the small upcharge to get both, which I highly recommend. I also added a side of chips and salsa and used the chips to scoop up the bowl. My wife and I frequently come here! Food is really good and comes out fast, sometime too fast! Atmosphere is good especially in the summertime when you can look out on main street in downtown Littleton from the patio above and below. Margaritas are top notch. Check it out!
Some of the best baria and crispy tacos! Don’t sleep on the civicehe either. The service is always a hit, and Itzel is a standout server! Always so attentive and helpful when deciding what to order. She is incredibly wonderful with children as well! We keep coming back for her, the food & delicious margaritas. Love their rooftop patio too!
Palenque was very good. The atmosphere was probably the best part. They put a lot of time and thought into all of the details of the restaurant from the bar to the dining room to the rooftop. The food was also great, the carnita tacos and the palenque chicken both were 8/10. The queso was good but it was a little too thick but still tasty. Staff were on top of things and friendly. Will definitely go back next time I’m in the area.
Incredible food for those with celiac and dairy free. Wait staff is awesome. Cady goes out of the way every time to provide an exceptional experience. Also kids night it just amazing. The person who runs it for the kids is so kind, and the break for parents is something I often look forwards to. Love this place.
