I called and talked to Chad. He listened to exactly what I needed and was very patient and explained how he could help. He sent Joshua out and within 2 hours my locks were changed and/or rekeyed per my request. Great service, patient and knowledgeable techs. I would highly recommend Oliphant!!
This place is the best place to get your locks changed or if you ever need help. I needed help and they came out today changed my locks and did me one best by not charging me and doing a random act of kindness for me, they actually blew me away with me being on disability and a broken knee. These guys are amazing. Got a chipped key for a car cut at another place and it didn't work right. Bought another blank and took it here. Works amazing! Wish I didn't waste time at the other place.
Rob is the reason why I go to this company he was so professional here in five minutes but that’s far for the courts for this company. They are the cheapest in town and they do the best work Rob I highly recommend ask for him by Nate he’s very professional very quick. Gets the job done
I brought my mother's car to oliphant last week to have them program two new key fobs because when she bought it from the dealer it only came with one key fob & one other remote for the remote start. The guy programmed the two new fobs plus the old one, which is 3 fobs total now but somehow he un-programmed the remote start & when I explained this to them they said there was nothing they could do & I'd have to contact the dealer she got the car from.
