Highly recommend! Luke is professional, kind, and very knowledgeable (and cute). Excellent service and a great team—rare to find staff this good. No wonder they're voted NO.1 locksmith in Rockford every year👍🏻

They rekeyed our home after a move and were great. The pricing wasn't as straightforward as the person on the phone just asked about doors while the tech that came out counted the locks on the door as separate. It ended up costing a bit more but not too bad.
Wow they were here in about 1/2 an hour. Joshua quickly opened the locked door and resolved our problem. Very happy with the quick response-highly recommended :)
I give this company 5 stars for customer service! The fob for my car stopped working which meant my car wouldn’t start and I’m from out of town visiting so I began to freak out a little. LUKE the young man who was my technician assured me that I didn’t need a new fob just a battery and showed me a few useful tricks in case my battery gets low. I appreciate a company that puts customer service ahead of just making extra dollars especially when you’re away from home! Thank you to Oliphant and a very special thank you to Luke!... read more
