Okay honest review, just stayed here for 4 nights right before biker week. It did take about an hour to finally check in and they charged us an extra 68.00$ fee per room for using a booking website. Signs at entrance say 100% no smoking; however, you get the instant smell of pot all over this place. To be fair everyone’s partying so it’s understandable. Great location! 7 floors, with elevator to 6th floor. Nice., 3 pools , 2 hot tubs. less crowded this way & a 15 min walk to the boardwalk (2nd ave peir). Office tries to accommodate w what you need

Loved the service and the room but kept smelling the odor of Marijuana. Im not much of a complainer so we just waited for the odor to go away. Front desk ladies were super nice.

Mainly a 3/5 stars. It's generally an okay place for oceanfront view of the balcony. They have a total of nine floors with parking on the first and third floor. Pretty good value for what you pay for, especially if it's for a group of four or more. Just be aware that the pillows are thick but they can be a bit un-comfortable if you're a slide sleeper.

The room was nice and clean. Easy access to the beach. I wish the pools were open later (closed at 10pm). Overall nice stay and would stay again!
