I am frustrated with the service I just received. I called in approximately 20 minutes ago to ask if it was okay to come in for my onboarding drug test. I was met with hostility and zero information. I decided it was not a big deal and went in anyway at 2:08 pm. I walked in and told her the front desk why I was there. The lady told me “I’m going to need more information than that”. Melissa is a great provider for DOT physicals. She won’t sugar coat her concerns regarding the health of a driver. She is very friendly and and very fair on her fee. I’ve been renewing my physical with her for a number of years.
Went in for my UA and medical card. Quick process all in all and Melissa, the certified medical examiner, was great! She is very kind and quick at what she does. I only have one kidney, and due to her previous medical profession, she was able to give me some new to me advice and knowledge regarding the care for said kidney. The check in staff and ladies that took my sample for the UA were also very kind and humorable. Melissa is very kind and efficient - no judgement zone - I was greeted nicely, completed forms that were reviewed before urine test for kidney function, discussed my health records, passed my eye, hearing and reflexes test and received my examination form for my CDL. I was leaving in 45 minutes! Great service!
