Always go to Melissa Cosgrove for all of my CDL / Drug Screening needs. Always fast. Staff are thorough and polite. Melissa is funny, accurate, relatable & just overall the best experience I've had with DOT required visits or drug screens. Always love the good energy.
Melissa is a great provider for DOT physicals. She won’t sugar coat her concerns regarding the health of a driver. She is very friendly and and very fair on her fee. I’ve been renewing my physical with her for a number of years.
Went in for my UA and medical card. Quick process all in all and Melissa, the certified medical examiner, was great! She is very kind and quick at what she does. I only have one kidney, and due to her previous medical profession, she was able to give me some new to me advice and knowledge regarding the care for said kidney. Melissa is very kind and efficient - no judgement zone - I was greeted nicely, completed forms that were reviewed before urine test for kidney function, discussed my health records, passed my eye, hearing and reflexes test and received my examination form for my CDL. I was leaving in 45 minutes! Great service!
Appreciate NW for keeping my medical card current. I’m retired but keep it current in case I need it again. NW sends me reminders and has great hours for scheduling and a reasonable price. Melissa is very expeditious in her testing. Doesn’t keep us waiting.
