I been going to NW Drug testing for my DOT physical for 3 years now. Melissa and her staff are always polite and professional. She treats me like family and that makes the experience easy for someone with white coat syndrome. It’s also super easy to schedule an appointment through JanesApp.

Went in for my UA and medical card. Quick process all in all and Melissa, the certified medical examiner, was great! She is very kind and quick at what she does. I only have one kidney, and due to her previous medical profession, she was able to give me some new to me advice and knowledge regarding the care for said kidney. The check in staff and ladies that took my sample for the UA were also very kind and humorable. I had a quick and easy experience here getting a physical. All the staff was on their A game. No wasting time here. Very reasonable price considering you spend almost 30 minutes with a NP. Thanks Melissa and team.

I engaged this company for drug testing services. The price was fair. The communication before and after the the testing was excellent. Very pleased with their service. I would hire them again.
