Food was really good! We ordered the catfish over dirty rice with a salad and the beef Po’boy with a salad too. The beef Po’boy was delicious, and the house-made gravy was such a nice touch. The catfish was cooked perfectly and the dirty rice was flavorful. The restaurant played good music which is always a plus for me. Service, though, wasn’t great. We went to check this place out it was actually pretty good. I did not think I would be a huge fan of this kind of food because of the spice content but it was really good. Highly recommend the barbecue shrimp mac and cheese. This definitely looks like a good drinking bar to sit up at the bar stools.

Awesome establishment with a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The servers and bartenders were attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience enjoyable without being overbearing. I ordered the crawfish étouffée, and presentation-wise, it looked great. The texture was on point—nice and hearty, with tender crawfish and a smooth, rich sauce. Hands down one of the best Southern food spots I’ve been to! The flavors are on point, the portions are generous, and the prices are super fair. The gumbo was rich and comforting, the grits were creamy, the okra had that perfect crunch, and the étouffée was packed with flavor. We were there middle of afternoon on a Monday. Service and food were slow. Food was ok, but the star is DEFINITELY the BBQ Shrimp Mac & Cheese! I got it as a side to try, but if I were to come here again I would just order that as my main dish. Hush puppies were a bit of a disappointment, definitely have had better. The fried chicken sandwich was decent.
