I bought a brand new truck last year and it had under 500 miles on it. The main parking lot was full so I parked in the overflow lot with other vehicles. I stayed the weekend and upon leaving I had a large deep dent in my door from a golf ball. I immediately called for security and three officers showed up. They all agreed there should be some kind of sign stating there is a driving range behind the lot that you can’t see. Other than it being a 4 hour drive. It was a good time the rooms were nice. Where there was more selection of a vending machine there in the motel part of it. There was a Pepsi machine but I'm not a Pepsi drinker, and if I do have to drink Pepsi. I normally drink doctor pepper But that wasn't an even an option.

The hotel is great. Rooms are nicely decorated and clean, beds are super comfortable and have always slept great. Nice bathrooms and stand up shower. I even like the secure elevators to reach the rooms. The casino itself is great as well. Smoke free. Lots of machines and tables. A few nice food options to enjoy. Bingo hall is large and seems to be a hit.

Always a great experience! Clean, updated & modern rooms, water pressure in the showers are great after a busy day & to wake up in the mornings! Always smells new & the beds are comfortable, new crisp sheets, ambient lighting, amazing windows with great views. A little slice of heaven! Service is always fast, informative & pleasant. My favorite hotel in Minnesota.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I was absolutely appalled. My boyfriend called and we were looking online and the room was 314 and when he called they raised it to 589. He asked him about that and they hung up on him so he called back, talked to a different person and when he asked about the price, she told him and he said that that’s not what you have online and they hung up immediately.
