This was GREAT experience for my fur baby and myself. From the moment I called to inquire about their services to my experience upon arrival at the center was exceptional. The receptionist was cheerful, kind and attentive and Dr. Arellano was a great listener and very knowledgeable responding to all my questions and concerns with a calm and compassionate demeanor. My fur baby was treated like the princess she is. Would highly recommend and already have to friends and family. Thank you.
It is an excellent place with outstanding service and great customer care. From my very first call, everything was extremely professional. They contacted my vet clinic and made sure they did everything necessary to prepare my cat for a CT scan. My cat had a CT scan and a biopsy, and he was already feeling good just two hours after anesthesia. Thank you so much to the entire team! My cat mamacita needed a CT scan to confirm nodules in her lungs and Dr. Arellano and the Anestehsia Veterinary Nurse did such a wonderful job in making me feel comfortable, the building is beautiful and I appreciate the confidence. Amazing new imaging center they are very thorough and so happy to help. I refer people here now !
The staff was extremely professional and efficient. I brought my dog in due to issues with urinary incontinence, and the team acted quickly to help. A CT scan was completed within 30 minutes, and we received the results the very next day. While we did need to follow up with our primary vet for further care, the overall experience was excellent, and we were very pleased with the prompt service and thorough care.
I took my dog Lucia two weeks ago to have an endoscopy done by Dr. Arellano. Everyone was very professional and caring. Before the procedure Dr. Arellano met with me and explained what he would be doing. He demonstrated much care and compassion.
