I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing! They were incredibly quick to answer my call and provided great communication right from the start. A huge thank you to the lead technician, Adam, who went above and beyond to help us. He was excellent at communicating exactly what the problem was and walking us through the entire process of clearing the clog. The customer service from Adam was absolutely top-notch—he is a true professional who honors Mr. Rooter with his exemplary service. I highly recommend them!

He was super patient and considerate of our situation and also educated me on doing a flush at least once a year. Something I didn't know that should be done. Quentin arrived early, he was professional and we really had a great experience. This technician is definitely an asset to the company and should get an immediate rai... read more
