I previously hired another company for plumbing work and asked them to replace my old knobs with new ones and swap out the tub spout. Due to a miscommunication, the plumber suggested I replace the fixtures myself, which was frustrating since I thought I had already paid for that service. After cooling off, I decided to tackle it on my own. My main sewer line was clogged. I called Mr Rooter and Jose, Rueben, and Martin responded. They were friendly, professional and competent. They got my sewer line running freely. They worked hard and went the extra mile to discern why the sewer line had gotten clogged. They diagnosed that I had a problem with my septic tank. We have had other plumbers out who didn’t do this level of inspection. I give Mr Rooter five star review because of the diligence of these hard-working professionals.
