We loved having Modern Tortilla for our recent employee event. The team arrived on time, were very friendly and helpful, and were prepared for any dietary restrictions. The food was out of the park DELICIOUS (I can't stop thinking about that Guacamole!), I will be looking for them at any food truck events in the valley for sure!!!

Modern Tortilla catered a Birthday dinner for us--from set up to clean up it was an a great experience. We had the taco cart-- it was easy for guest to come and go as they wanted and pick their preferred choice. Food was excellent and everyone enjoyed themselves. At the end of the evening people were full and there was no clean up on our part. Our Server/cook was "Lucky" and he was friendly and professional. Over all an amazing experience. I would use them again and recommend them.
Modern Tortilla provided a food truck for a resident for an event at our community. The food was amazing and the service was so friendly! Many residents came by our office to comment about both! Thanks for the great event, we will be seeing you again soon!
