From first contact with Dennis around installing two ramps, through the installation by JR and Dennis ...this was a great experience. They adapted the final product to accommodate the needs of the Home owner (we are renting the home) and did a replacement with grab bars. Excellent clean up and careful construction. I plan to use this company for a scooter purchase as well.
EXCELLENT PLUS is how I would describe our experience with MOBILITY PLUS TUCSON. Gary and the staff are all dedicated to helping you make the right decisions. They are kind and helpful. One year ago I brought the lightweight, carbon scooter (35 lbs) and it has been 100% effective with zero negative incidents. We’ve taken “Scoot” on 6 airplane trips and it’s been a simple success. And although I’m 82 I can easily pick up Scoot and get him in and out of the car. MOBILITY PLUS TUCSON is #1.
Had purchased a mobility scooter from one of their locations that since closed. Called in about a checkup and was easy to make an appointment. Upon arrival tech was assisting a customer and loading up his vehicle for him and offered to help me. Service was reasonably priced and efficient. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.
We rented an electric scooter to bring with us to Las Vegas, and it made our trip so much better. It was easy to transport, simple to use, and the battery lasted all day. Getting around the Las Vegas Strip was much more comfortable, especially with all the walking involved. My mom was able to enjoy every hotel and attraction without getting tired. I had the best experience today looking for a lightweight scooter at Mobility Plus. I was quickly greeted by my salesperson. He was knowledgeable in all phases of the working of scooters and chairs. He suggested I try the foldable chair. I was hesitant to do so. I immediately thought handicapped. I have COPD. So breathing can be a problem at times. I did try the chair and thoroughly loved it.
