Really chill cocktail bar where you can get gin and tonics from the tap. They have drinks like sparkling cosmos and Negronis. The sky’s out thighs out drink packs a PUNCH. I like the French 75 for a light refreshing drink. The have seating for larger groups as well as bar and intimate seating. Definitely must try!

We had an excellent date night here (have been several times now). Grabbed a cupcake from the bakery around the corner, tacos from down the street, and ordered several different cocktails based on what we wanted to pair them with. The spirits here are super smooth, the bartenders are trained very well to make the classics and twists off of them. Had some time to kill before a company dinner and dropped by for a bees knees. It was very tasty. I recommend stopping by if you're in olde town!

We came to try the gin and amaro at Method & Muse and absolutely loved it! The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, especially Javier, who took great care of us. The Bartender’s Salute cocktail is fantastic.

Really enjoyed my visit to Method & Muse. The space is comfortable and inviting, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I had their bourbon and was really impressed—it was smooth, balanced, and clearly well-crafted. You can tell a lot of thought goes into what they’re making. Great spot for quality spirits and supporting local distilleries.
