Had a wonderful experience! They were able to accommodate a last second appointment on Friday afternoon. Staff were super friendly and made me feel at ease. The complimentary espresso they made me was better than most coffee shops! The doctor was awesome and I was done in 30 minutes. I will be back!

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Crystal Wiggins at Memorial Hearing. The lobby is beautiful, and the check-in process was quick, easy, and completely seamless. Dr. Wiggins explained the ear wax removal process clearly, was very efficient, and made the entire appointment comfortable. This was hands down the best ear wax cleaning I’ve ever had. Overall, the staff and service were outstanding, and I left very happy with my experience. Highly recommend!

Memorial Hearing is absolutely outstanding! Their hospitality is unmatched, and every visit feels warm and welcoming. The staff is incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring. The audiologists walk you through each step of the process so you always know exactly what to expect, which really puts you at ease. And getting your ears cleaned feels amazing, they make the whole experience comfortable and refreshing. Highly recommend Memorial Hearing to anyone looking for professional, friendly, and top-quality hearing care!

My son had been complaining for several months about his ears and wax build up. Was not sure where to go. Dr. Elly Pourasef suggested the Earigator treatment and she got us in for an appointment same day, greatly appreciated her suggestion and knowledge. The minute we walked in, we were greeted with an extremely professional staff and a warm welcome. They even made me coffee, and made us feel like a priority. My experience at Memorial Hearing was amazing! Everyone was so wonderful! They’re extremely professional, compassionate, caring and warm. They also got the job done and I left their office with so much relief! My experience was an 11 out of 10! Dr Erika was so professional and kind and she was bent on completing her job! I’m so glad I came across Memorial Hearing!! The best!!!
