Had an incredibly positive experience. Got my ears cleaned. Really happy with how everything went. Beautiful office, friendly staff, super professional, and fair pricing. Felt like an itch was scratched that I would never be able to personally reach. Very transparent and honest business. Just very happy with my experience! Will be back for another cleaning when needed. 10/10
We had a wonderful experience at Memorial Hearing. The staff was so understanding and patient with my son, who is autistic, and went out of their way to make sure he felt at ease. The welcoming waiting room was also a nice touch and helped create a calm, inviting environment. Everyone was kind, thoughtful, and attentive throughout our visit. We truly appreciated how accommodating they were and would highly recommend Memorial Hearing!
Wow.. Same day appointment. Staff was amazing walked in couldn’t hear, within 15 minutes hearing restored. I am so thankful and will be back. I think everyone should give Memorial hearing a try at least once thank you all!
I had a great experience at Memorial Hearing! Dr. Wiggins was fantastic — thorough and attentive from start to finish. They checked my ears and eardrums to confirm everything was healthy, then cleaned them. They had taken pictures with a camera before and after the cleaning so I could actually watch the process and see what was being removed. I made an appointment on Monday (04/27/2026), and they were able to accommodate my schedule with very fast availability. I had my appointment today, May 1st, and from the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist. Dr. Erika Wilcox was amazing. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything, addressed the issues I was experiencing, and even performed a cleaning on my right ear and my left.
