My masseuse Jackie is the only reason I come here. She has been saving my neck and shoulders for the last 5 years with her amazing massages. She gets out every knot and leaves me feeling renewed. She really takes the time to get to know your body and finds out where the tightness and issues are. She is thorough and truly loves her job. This therapist I seen twice and even though the second experience was now as fabulous as the first this is not the reason why I'm giving less stars.. Infact i believe the massage therapists here are very skilled.. however the SALES staff in the reception area are very pushy and I get that is their job to push sales however it's pretty unwanted after trying to relax! As a former CMT and esthetician take what you want from this review!!
Love this location! I’ve been a member at Massage Heights since 2022 and have been so impressed with the way they handle guests and the services they offer. I’ve had many great therapists at this location and specifically cannot recommend Lexi enough! She is kind, thorough and really listens to my concerns and what my body is saying. 10/10 recommend Massage Heights!
I usually don’t like leaving negative reviews because I don’t want to hurt a business, but I feel this experience needs to be shared. I booked a 60-minute massage for 6:00 PM and arrived at 5:55 PM. The receptionist was very kind and professional, which I appreciated. However, I spent about 5–10 minutes filling out paperwork with her, then waited a few more minutes for the therapist, and then had to change. The massage itself did not start until around 6:15 PM. Always feeling amazing after. Been coming here for almost a year now. Would definitely reccomend especially if you do anything physically demanding. Just had a session with Alex and I feel like dough and ready for a long nap. I would reccomend them if you do anything physical
