Firstly I had an excellent experience. Veronica was very professional and gave the best treatment for my back pain. She focused mainly on my upper shoulders and neck. Now I feel lighter than before. If you're looking for a great massage therapist go to Veronica Hernandez.
I had an amazing experience! Sol gave a fantastic massage that was both relaxing and therapeutic, and Suzie’s facial left my skin glowing. Carter at the front desk was welcoming, fun, friendly, and made the entire visit seamless. The whole team was professional and genuinely cared about providing a great experience. Leaving 3 stars ONLY because of Carter's amazing customer service skills at the front desk. She is friendly, helpful, and cares about everyone who walks through the door. However, the service that I received (60 min facial + (1) add on) was the worst facial I've ever had. The esthetician did not review the services she was going to be doing nor did she preface me what she was doing during the session. Update: We managed to get in and I will say it was a very good massage and staff were friendly. They just seem understaffed curently. Prior: Wife scheduled a couple's massage for my birthday. They keep booking them as separate appointments and then calling to reschedule only my slot. Had to push back the original massage by nearly two weeks. Then got called to reschedule again but only for one of us. We have busy schedules. Opposite of relaxing.
My masseuse Jackie is the only reason I come here. She has been saving my neck and shoulders for the last 5 years with her amazing massages. She gets out every knot and leaves me feeling renewed. She really takes the time to get to know your body and finds out where the tightness and issues are. She is thorough and truly loves her job.
