My sister and I were so disappointed with the service and quality of the food. We all ordered pan con bistec. My bistec was raw and the lettuce was withered. I told the waitress kindly that I would like my steak fully cooked. She stated that all their steaks are made medium however my steak was not. one of my sisters’ steak was fully cooked. Just entering the place and during all your stay you can enjoy an excellent customer service. Beginning with warm rolls and butter you can enjoy fresh juices or smoothies, the mango one is delicious. Varieties of appetizers, but try the fried yuca stuffed with cheese. All plates were well presented, good portions and delicious. The ropa vieja was absolutely tender and great spice to it. The plantains were so delicious as was the rice and beans. Service could have been better but the quick food made up for it. Will come back again such a great ambience.
Great service! Me and my friend had an event to go to so we had to change our order to a to go and they were super accommodating. The croquettes and Cuban sandwich were amazing. Would definitely recommend for authentic Cuban food.
This place is larger than you think. They have a party side for large parties and live entertainment on Friday and Saturday nights.
