We needed shades for our back yard to protect us from golf balls. The sales person from Liberty was respectful, listened to our needs, and made suggestions. We liked what we heard and went ahead with the purchase. The installation was completed in good time and we couldn’t be happier.
Liberty installed an outdoor shade for our patio three years ago - they did a great job and the shade has been working perfectly. So, we went back to them when we decided to get outdoor shades mounted over our dining room and bedroom windows. Again, they worked with us on the installation date/time, showed up on time, completed the work as expected, and confirmed our satisfaction before they left. Very nicely done. We are happy to recommend them!
From the sales to the finished product, liberty awning and shades did a fabulous job. They were very careful with my property, and they worked as a team to get a beautiful finished product.
We love our new lattice patio. Working with Liberty Awnings and Shades went smoothly. The sales process was easy, the build out went on schedule and communication was very good. The only reason I rated 4 instead of 5 was that the post-install cleanup could have been better. There were wood pieces in many places from the removal of our old pergola, and there were aluminum shavings everywhere from the cutting during install. I am very pleased with my patio shades from Liberty Awnings and Shades. They have made a noticeable difference in the interior comfort of my home in the afternoons when the brutal summer sun hits the west side of my house. They were 100% worth the investment, and the quality is so much higher than off-the-rack options.
