We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Liberty Awning and Shades for our backyard pool deck awning. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and professional. Our salesman, Nathan, came out to our home and did an incredible job explaining the specific features and benefits of their products. Everything about my experience with Liberty was excellent. Their people are five star. I’ve waited a few weeks to post to give the product a fair review. Wow! Excellent in every way! The installers Gabriel and Jamie did great work and were thorough in explaining features and maintenance with me of the patio Sun and Wind screen & solar shade I bought. It works! It’s easy and it has performed admiringly in a recent wind storm. This is who to buy from if you are shopping for a retractable patio screen.

Sales and product samples were great. Finished patio cover and roll-up sun shade are fantastic. Where the process fell apart was demo of old patio cover. We paid to have old cover demolished and removed. The crew that removed the supports for the old cover broke several tiles on a pony wall, and left them for us to figure out our own solution. Still don’t know what we can do since tiles are no longer available.

Liberty Awnings & Shades is an excellent company to deal with. The installers were so very nice and so polite. Had the best price anywhere for my sun shade and the quality of the shade is excellent! I truly love my new shade and the way it blocks the sun is amazing. Save time researching, since I did it for you and I promise you will not be disappointed, doing business with this company because yea…. They are that good!!

I had a shade system installed on our rear patio. The sales department explained the process, equipment, prices, and schedule perfectly & in an easily understandable way. The installers worked well, explained each step and were very welcoming when I asked if my special- needs son could watch them work. I was especially impressed with electrician who took his time to find the best way to connect the necessary outlets while keeping intrusion into the stucco minimal. I am very happy with the process and my shade system.
