Had a great experience here. I went to the original location all those years ago and this workout was as good as I remembered! The coach was helpful and motivational and they did an amazing job with both the equipment and the motivational quotes all around 💪🏻🥊

This local gym, just two blocks away from my place, is world-class. The staff is fantastic and always has a positive attitude. My favorite part of the gym is the spa area.

I absolutely love this fitness center and classes! The atmosphere is always welcoming, clean, and full of positive energy. The classes are well-organized and led by knowledgeable, motivating instructors who truly care about your progress. It’s the perfect place to stay consistent, feel empowered, and be part of a great community. Highly recommend!

This gym truly has all the bells and whistles! It offers a variety of instructor-led classes throughout the day, seven days a week, which creates a great opportunity to engage with others and stay motivated. Personally, I prefer the open gym setup, and I absolutely love their equipment — everything is new and state-of-the-art. Another big plus, especially in Miami, is the availability of parking. Had a wild encounter with the owner after confirmed and checking in for a class, in which he confronted and pulled me outside to scream at me about either having a membership or not being welcome. This after holding a valid membership for several years and being a part of participating or organizing several events for the gym. This is a sad shame and I worry for the employees who probably receive this kind of inexcusable and abusive treatment.
