Our family planned a Colorado vacation this year, and I immediately booked a tour of the Laws Whiskey House as the 2023 Laws Cornerstone Rye is an absolutely favorite rye whiskey in my bourbon club. The staff at Laws Whiskey House is amazing!! We came for a tour and because we got there early, we grabbed a drink and were able to bring them on the tour with us. Our tour was only 9 people and Sam (tour guide) told us that we could make the tour our own. Since all of us have done a distillery tour, we were able to skip the basics and dive into the specifics of Laws Whiskey House, their recipe, and the why. What an experience! We came to show up for a friend to give him a surprise for his 40th birthday, ended up chatting to Chris behind the counter as I wanted to check out what special items you had before taking the tour to pre-plan what I may need to leave with… hah. We ended up doing the tour, and lo and behold there’s Chris again! Enjoyed visiting Laws Whiskey House for the first time. I’ve always been a big fan of this craft distillery out of Denver. Really appreciate their farm to spirit craftsmanship along with their innovative approach to grains, finishing, and blending. Their commitment to showcasing Colorado grown ingredients and pushing creative boundaries continues to make them one of the more interesting producers in American craft whiskey. The tour and tastings were both educational and fun for all types of whiskey enthusiasts.

Just went on a tour in the distillery and tasted 3 delicious varieties at the end! From the gorgeous aesthetic of the building..... (We started in church and ended in a sexy bar.... How clever!) To the cleanliness and stream-lined nature of their distilling space and barrels aging in the back..... Everything was top notch, professional and innovative! Bravo to the entire team and their genius minds!!! Thank you Sam especially for the wonderful tour!!!!
