Do not think twice about dining here. This is about as authentic home style Mexican food as it gets! The interior is very clean and inviting and the service is very kind and attentive. A great local authentic Mexican restaurant! It was such a lovely visit and Marina and Victor run a family owned shop. I loved how flavorful and tasty their food was. I highly recommend their birria tacos, breakfast burritos, and their chips & salsa! Great value for the price.
My daughter and I found this place via Google for lunch. It was a welcoming and family oriented environment as soon as we walked in. Everything, from the salsa to the chips to the tacos to the Horchata to the sopas was amazing! Everything was hot, full of flavor and super affordable!
My coworker introduced me to La Cocina Mexican Kitchen, and I’m so glad he did! The food is absolutely amazing — the street tacos were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly portioned for lunch. You can really taste the quality in every bite. Best part? It’s way more affordable than fast food and tastes a hundred times better. Definitely my new go-to spot for great Mexican food!
Wanted good quality Mexican food on trip to Phoenix and this place checked all of the boxes!! Got the enchiladas and would 100% order them again. Tried red and green, preferred red. But both were delicious. Restaurant and bathroom were both super clean.
