Food and customer service is unmatched! John is so great and helpful and on another level of customer service. Just about everything is made in house and all the food was impeccable! I believe it’s the closest Korean food on the west side and I will be traveling to go to Kimchi now! The Korean Tacos& Bulgogi quesadilla were so tasty and it was great portions. Kimchi Korean BBQ- this restaurant has a simple, cozy design—nothing fancy, but it feels warm and welcoming, like home. We ordered Korean BBQ along with the kimchi hot pot, and everything was absolutely delicious. The meat was fresh, and it was fun grilling it ourselves at the table. Everything was really good! We got the galbi 10/10 the meat jun 10/10 the seafood pancake was a 8/10 jus a little doughy. The salmon was just salmon nothing special 7/10 the kimci soup was very good too 8/10. Will definitely be back to try more!
I swapped my morning trail run for a lazy start and ended up at kimchi Korean bbq. I was actually craving Mexican food, but the long wait pushed me here—and honestly, I’m so glad it did! I definitely let my hunger do the ordering and ended up with a massive spread: Chicken Katsu and the Spicy Stir-Fried Baby Octopus with Pork Belly. Both were incredible. The spice levels were spot on, and every bite was packed with flavor. It was the perfect lunch, made even better by the super friendly staff.
We really enjoyed our food here at Kimchi! Everything was so flavorful and portions were big! We had lots of food leftover. Glad to have a Korean spot so close to home. We will definitely be back soon!
