We recently were looking for a couple of replacement fans and went to a different store and got this one price, but then stopped off at Just Fans and they had it cheaper with a discount as well. Phil was very knowledgeable and helpful with us picking out the right size for our room. They have great customer service. We are thrilled that we were able to get a refund from the other vendor because the fan that we ordered was out of stock, even though he charged us for the fan.
Maury and Just Fans found me the perfect fan for our family room! It has 7 remote options that can make your room cool to very cool, which is needed for the hot summer months! Maury gave me suggestions of which fan would be best for our space and it was exactly what I hoped for! The customer service experience was exceptional and the fan is FAN-tastic! I am now wanting to replace our lanai fans. Highly recommend!
We had one of our fans fail so we brought it in and the determined that the controller failed. They swapped in a new one free of charge under warranty. Very easy. Very pleasant to work with.
7 years ago I bought fans from just fans. They all work great. I recently purchased one more and the salesperson was very helpful. Best of all he called after to say the fan was on sale and I was owed a credit. Wow!
Hello. Had a great experience at JUST FANS that I thought I had to share. During my visit I was greeted with a "hello" and "welcome" but no pressure to buy anything. I interacted with Maury who took the time to show me the different options available for my indoor and outdoor needs and even through in a few laughs. I found the pricing to be fair and the fans were good quality. I will be moving the area in a few months and will absolutely be going back to get my fans and chairs from JUST FANS.
