I had this contractor (BBB rating of A+) assess the feasibility of removing a 6 ft, non-load-bearing wall between my kitchen and dining room. My house was built in 1930 and they did things differently back then. Unfortunately we discovered that hot/cold water pipes (for upstairs bathroom) as well as a steam condensate return pipe for the boiler are located within the wall itself. Cam and his team did such a fantastic job on my bathroom remodel. Being my only bathroom, I needed it to function for most of the rebuild and he made sure that happened. There were surprises along the way with old pipes and uneven floors and Cam made sure it was all taken care of before putting up walls and floors. I am so beyond pleased with the outcome! The before and after photos speak for themselves!
Cam and his team did a great job on the bathroom, hallway, and staircase in our home. Though there were some difficulties such as shipping problems causing damage to bathroom fixtures and changed ideas on flooring, Cam did a great job at getting things in a timely manner. Now that we have our bathroom done it feels like I’m in a 5 star hotel and resort compared to our previous bathroom. Cam has the very best working with him. A crew of three have been installing oversize windows and an 8ft slider where the kitchen wall used to be. These are master craftsman that enjoy their trade . They take the time to explain to my 89 yr old mother what and how they're doing things . NEVER a mess when they leave at night. I can't express my gratitude to these professionals. My house now has returns it never had before and is going to be beautiful when complete 😍
