A Google search for eating places near where we were staying in the Little Haiti area turned up this little family-run gem and based on the reviews from others, we decided we had to try it out. It absolutely did not disappoint. Super casual jerk spot. Delicious food and great service. Food isn’t super fast to come out but that’s ok since it’s made fresh in order. Nice music and large yard It was Valentine’s Day when i went and they had cute balloons and gave us Hershey’s kisses :)
My experience was just ok. I came in early and was one of the first customers, and in my experience that can sometimes result in a fuel taste at BBQ places that use liquid fuel. Unfortunately, I noticed that flavor this time, and some pieces were also burned, as shown in the picture. That said, the service was really good and the corn was very good as well.
