The front desk experience makes you feel like your an inconvenience. The classical music piped in makes you feel like your in an old-folks home. The peculiar nature of the folks in the locker room will make you run for the hills.
Great fitness center in SF! Variety of classes; friendly staff; exceptional instructors; luxurious changing rooms with many amenities (sauna, steam, nice products). Wise Sons for a post workout coffee/snack. Semi private Pilates reformer classes for those willing to pay a little extra.
Not worth it for the price tag. Fitness classes are very limited, locker rooms have a strange smell to them, especially in the shower area, and the staff overall isn't friendly. I also got CHARGED for cancelling my membership. Customer services has never been great and the membership fee increases often. My fitness session with Sam was the best experience I had with any of the staff in my 5+ years of going there.
Great at gym and pool, great at community and culture/ education programs, and OMG, now a Wise Sons branch in the lobby!!
Amazing facilities for the community. Impressive building on the inside. Even underground parking in SF.
