I had an amazing facial with Natalie and couldn’t be happier with the experience. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and attentive, and she really tailored the facial to my skin’s needs. I've been seeing Hannah at Jax for a few years now, and hands down I feel like I hit the salon jackpot!! Hannah not only nails it eeevery single time, but is also just an absolute delight. After years of wanting to try this salon, I finally did. I received a cut and partial foil from Anna. Not only did she do a phenomenal job, it’s the best color I’ve ever had. If I could give Anna more than 5 stars, I would. Friendly, professional, and extremely talented. In addition, the salon is beautiful, relaxing, and very clean. All of the staff I encountered were lovely. Looking forward to my next visit!

I’ve been going to Jax Salon and Spa for three years now. The salon is clean, cozy, and relaxing but what keeps me coming back is my stylist Hannah. Hannah is professional, friendly, and welcoming. I feel comfortable asking for a new color or style because I know she’ll be honest about what will work with my hair or what we could do differently. Had a lovely time getting a cut by Julia. She took her time, and was cautious with my curly hair. I have had previous people cut it too short in past not realizing it bounces up as it dries. She did a wonderful job! Will be coming back! I even was able to take my 3m old baby along and it was so relaxing! :)
