The company owners Tim and Robin are incredibly nice honest people. All their staff that I have had the pleasure to interact with are friendly and professional. Tim Jr was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He kept us informed all along the visit as to what he was going to do, what he found, and gave us the complete 411 on this new type of unit, and how it will add perform at its best.

The people that work for Infinity are fantastic. Very patient. They took their time answering all my questions showed us how to do maintenance on the new havoc unit. I highly recommend Infinity Air.

I don't normally leave reviews but I'm making an exception for the great service I received from Infinity Air Conditioning. My issue was my furnace that stopped in the night in the middle of the worst freezing cold I've seen in Florida. Everyone I dealt with at Infinity were so nice and their service was so prompt and efficient and reasonably priced. No trying to sell parts or services I didn't need.
